Rhiannon Paget

Rhiannon Paget joined the Art Museum in 2015 as the Andrew W. Mellon Fellow for Japanese Art. A native of Sydney, Australia, Paget is completing her doctoral dissertation on Japanese art at the University of Sydney. She has held curatorial positions at the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney and the Clark Center for Japanese Art in Hanford, California. Paget’s work at the Museum has included several projects, including preparation for the exhibition and catalogue “Conflicts of Interest: Art and War in Modern Japan,” which highlighted the Lowenhaupt collection of Japanese prints and related materials, which was donated to the Museum by Charles and Rosalyn Lowenhaupt in 2010.
